In May 2018, Vermilion entered into a partnership with Natixis, a French multinational financial services firm specialising in asset and wealth management, corporate and investment solutions, insurance and payments. A subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, one of the largest financial institution groups in France through its two retail networks, Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne, Natixis counts nearly 16,000 employees across 38 countries. Its clients include corporations, financial institutions, sovereign and supranational organizations, as well as the customers of Groupe BPCE’s networks.
Natixis has entered into a number of similar arrangements in key regional markets, resulting in a comprehensive ‘multi-boutique’ strategy. This arrangement enables Vermilion to leverage Natixis’ extensive resources and global network, as well as the capabilities of other member firms, to offer our clients increased access to global markets.
